     Accountant is a profession in the field of accounting. The accountant profession divided into several kinds, among which are public accountants, internal accountants, government accountants, accountants and educators.

1. Public accountant

public accountant or external accountant are accountants who provide services for the benefit of companies that need to receive payment in return. The services provided to the public accounting firm, among others: 

- inspection services fairness of financial statements,

- taxation services, 

- services of preparation of financial statements in the context of the credit application,

2. Intern Accountant

Company Accountant (internal) is an accountant who works at a company and is responsible for the accounting problems at the company. The scope of duties of the accountant of the company is: 

- preparing the necessary accounting system of the company; 

- Prepare financial reports for internal and external parties; 

- Preparing the company's budget; 

- Conduct an examination of the implementation of the accounting system and the budget; 

- Resolve the issues of taxation, such as tax calculation.

3. Goverment accountant

Government accountant accountant is an accountant who worked in government institutions and in charge of controlling and checking the use of funds or wealth of the country and report the results of the examination. Government accountants are generally employed in the Ministry of Finance (Directorate General of State Finances), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The task of government accounting, among others: 

- a plan of revenue and expenditure country

4. Educator accountant

Educator accountant is an accountant who has the main task of teaching and developing accounting, for example, lecturers and teachers accounting subjects.
